Annual General Meeting – 15 June 2010

I am writing to give notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Pavilion, Old Anniesland, on Tuesday 15th June 2010 at 7.30pm, to conduct the following business: -

1. Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting (available at meeting)
2. Rugby Report
3. Junior Section Report
4. Glasgow Hawks
5. Treasurer’s Report (summary of accounts available at meeting)
6. President’s Remarks
7. Election of Office Bearers and Committee for season 2010/2011.
Nominations for the General Committee (President, one or two Vice-Presidents, Rugby Convenor,
Commercial Convenor, Treasurer, Secretary, Fixture Secretary, Match Secretary, and up to six
ordinary members), duly proposed and seconded, require to be lodged with the Secretary on or before
Monday 7th June 2010.
8. Any other competent business.
